Luxury Bath NJPA is expanding rapidly and we’re hiring motivated Appointment Generators to join our growing Contact Center team in Hamilton, NJ. If you’re a hard-working individual with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service and support, this is your chance to build a rewarding career.
No cold calling. No selling. Just scheduling appointments.
This is an on-site role – not remote.

What You’ll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Take inbound calls from customers, answer questions, and assist with scheduling services.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth experience.
